I can’t think of any good process for improving yourself in any way which doesn’t involve stepping outside your comfort zone in some way, pushing yourself to do things which are uncomfortable or different. If you want to change, you have to be willing to change. If you want to learn to do more than you are able, you have to be willing to do more than you consider yourself able to.
The beauty of the tarot as a tool for self-exploration and self-evolution lies in its inherent balance. In the cards there are calls to action and prompts for thought and examination. No one on earth can consistently draw tarot cards for themselves and find none that push them to uncomfortable places. For those who favor doing over thinking, the difficult ones will be those that call for slowing down, pausing, examining. For those who resist leaning on or opening up to others, the hardest cards to embrace will be those that highlight relationships and call us to connect with others.
For each querent, each reader, there are cards which draw them away from their comfortable patterns and behaviors and push them towards change.
