Think about the life you dreamed of when you were a child. How different is it from the life you have now? What changed to make you want something different? What didn’t you know then that you know now? If you could have the life you wanted as a child, would you trade your current life for that life?
Think about those things that your friends and family tease you about or object to about you. Are those traits changeable? Are they worth changing? What would your life be like if you changed that about yourself? Would it make things better or worse?
Think about the last time you were alone for an entire day. What did you do? Was it what you wanted to do? How did you feel afterwards?
Think about the last person you talked to today. If they thought about you right now, what would they remember? How do you think you might have changed their life? How did they change yours?
